Additional services include: valet parking, housekeeping services, coordination of fitness training, grocery delivery, transportation and travel arrangement, dining, theatre and sporting event reservations, home services, pet care, salon and spa reservations and party planning and catering services. Traditional: Luxury residential condominium developments located within Boston's most treasured neighborhoods. Many properties of this type include historic buildings requiring careful preservation and maintenance; these developments vary in the range and types of services required by residents. Lofts: Contemporary urban residences that feature large open floor plans and a wide range of lifestyle amenities. Investment: Developments that include both individual units and buildings with more than 100 units.
