Once you log in, you’ll have access to a wide array of communications tools, unprecedented information access, and automatic updates on the status of maintenance or service requests. Some of the features of your site include:

• Home Page:
  Your home page is automatically updated with the most current information regarding the state of your building, your unit, and your services. It is fully customized and lists the current status of all services requests, reminders of important dates or events, communications from your property manager and much more. Click for Demo
• Property Profile:
  Your property profile includes a general description of your property and unit, additional information about you, such as secondary address or other contact information, contact information for your property manager and any trustees or board officers for your property.
• Vendor Services:
  The vendor services page consists of a searchable list of third party vendors from whom you can directly request additional services. You can also add any of these vendors to your "Favorites" list in the left-hand menu.
• Personal Ledger:
  Your Personal Ledger gives you a complete record of charges and payments to Mediate Management Company, Inc. in real time. You can also pay your monthly fee from this page.
• Archives:
  All communications are permanently stored in a searchable archive accessible to both you and your property manager.
• Left Side Menu Items:
  The menu items on the left-hand side of your site include a calendar to check for scheduled maintenance or service operations. Communications and service request tools, forms for specific types of document requests, and an option to change your password. The Favorites section contains quick links to Maintenance and Client Services departments and is where links to your preferred vendors are displayed after they’ve been added from the Vendor Services page.
