The Mediate Management Company Maintenance Team consists of fifteen members, each possessing a variety of talents vital for ensuring our residents' round-the-clock comfort and security. Our in-house Maintenance Team includes Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters as well as Painters and Licensed Appliance Repair professionals. We provide a complete range of services including: construction management, general contracting, kitchen and bath renovations, painting, carpentry, plumbing and appliance repair. In addition to these services, our Maintenance Team ensures the expeditious removal of snow for a sizeable percentage of our total portfolio. In addition to our in-house Maintenance division, Mediate Management Company includes a full service Cleaning Team, providing thorough cleaning and waste removal services for a variety of property sizes throughout our portfolio. Our Cleaning Team welcomes the opportunity to design a detailed cleaning schedule that will accommodate your property's needs.
