• Mark Mediate, President and Director of Operations, Sales and Property Management

  The President and founder of Mediate Management Company, Mark directs the Operations, Sales and Property Management departments. He has 30 years of hands-on experience in property and construction management. Prior to forming the company, as VP of a Boston development firm, he managed over 500 residential units and one million square feet of commercial-industrial space and oversaw the construction of condominium development and commercial unit build-outs.

  Mark holds a B.S. degree from Boston University and is a licensed real estate broker. He is also an active board member of the Boston Center for Adult Education and the Boston Chamber of Commerce.

  Pam has been Mark Mediate's executive assistant for over 11 years. In addition to assisting him in all aspects of his duties as President and Director of Operations, Sales and Property Management, she is actively involved with the Sales and Property Management teams and the board of directors. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Botany and Microbiology, she honed her organizational and problem-solving skills as a research assistant for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

• Diana Norbury, Director of Property Management

  Diana Norbury has over 8 years of experience in markets throughout the U.S., including the management of shopping centers and luxury apartment developments in Georgia and California. Before joining the Mediate team, she managed high-end apartment buildings in Berkeley, Calif. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in business management, she is also a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist).

• Barbara Bonham, Director of Office Administration

  After an extensive career in customer support, sales and marketing, Barbara came to Mediate in 2001. She is the company human resources representative and provides administrative support to the directors of the Maintenance, Cleaning and Project Construction departments.

• Jose Mudafort, Director of Accounting

  A Mediate Team member since 1994, Jose oversees the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable department, producing the financial statements for managed properties. He has a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Puerto Rico.

  Licensed in construction supervision and appliance repair and certified in refrigerant recovery and recycling, Manuel oversees all aspects of maintenance. He has been with the company for over a decade.

  Lee has extensive experience in real estate development and property, construction and fiscal management. His special area of expertise is in the acquisition and development of residential communities and health care facilities.

• Cailin Bundrick, Sales and Marketing Coordinator

  Cailin joined Mediate as a property manager in 2010 after several years in the hospitality industry. She served as the Sales Coordinator for the Illini Union Hotel & Event Services, as well as the Sales and Marketing Manager for the Holiday Inn Urbana. A graduate of Western Washington University where she earned a B.A. in News/Editorial Journalism, she gained extensive public relations and marketing experience as editor of community newspapers in Kentucky, Florida and Illinois. She is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

  A seasoned property manager with 12 years of management experience, Patrick has been with Mediate since 2008. A CMCA and AMS, he has managed condominiums and luxury apartment communities throughout the Northeast, ranging from 169 unit townhouses to 1200 units multiple building sites.

  Deborah has 13 years of real estate experience managing a diverse portfolio of affordable housing and commercial properties in California, Utah and Massachusetts. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).

• Catherine MacAlpine, Property Manager

  Catherine has over 15 years of experience as a property manager and recently rejoined Mediate Management after spending four years managing luxury communities in southern California. Her portfolio consisted of more than 1,300 units. She has worked as an on-site and portfolio manager in both Boston and California, managing commercial and residential rentals, condominiums, cooperatives, homeowner associations and a marina. Her diverse portfolio has allowed her to gain a wide range of experience with project management. Catherine began her career in real estate, working as a full-time concierge at Charles River Park while also a full-time student. She was awarded an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Bunker Hill Community College and has pursued studies at the University of Massachusetts and Purdue University.

• Kristen McCormick, Property Manager

  Kristen has over 7 years of experience managing a variety of properties ranging in all sizes and budgets. She joined Mediate Management after managing diverse condominium portfolios and investment properties in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. She also possesses on site experience, having served as general manager for a luxury high rise condominium. Kristen is a CMCA and holds an active community association management license in the state of Florida.

• Katie Wells, Property Manager

  Katie manages a diverse portfolio of luxury properties comprised of cooperatives, condominiums and rental units throughout the Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the Financial District. She manages each property's daily operations, including financial planning, maintenance scheduling, personnel administration, insurance claims and capital projects. A summa cum laude graduate of Molloy College (N.Y.) with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Sociology, she is also a CMCA and AMS.

• Peter Westhaver, Property Manager

  Since joining Mediate in 2007, Peter has managed luxury condominiums and co-operatives in Boston's most prestigious neighborhoods. He also manages a commercial portfolio with properties in the Leather District and Medford. Before joining Mediate, Peter was responsible for managing capital improvement projects for 3400 luxury apartment homes in Eastern PA. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with multiple degrees in hospitality management, he is also a CMCA and AMS.

  Malissa began her career with Mediate Management as a Property Assistant, working with over 15 properties comprised of luxury condominiums, high rises and cooperatives throughout the Back Bay. She assisted in the management of each property's daily operations, including financial planning, maintenance scheduling, personnel administration, insurance claims and capital projects. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science, she is also a CMCA.
