To download documents, or to save the supporting documents, simply click the appropriate "Download" link and, when prompted, choose "Save" from the pop-up window.

The table below also lists the size of the file as well as the file type. Larger files may take several minutes to download depending on the speed of your internet connection. Information about and help with different file types is available here.

A free image viewer for .tiff and other files is pre-installed for Windows users. From your Start menu, look under "All Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft Office Document Imaging" or search for "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" in Windows Explorer.

You can sort the document listings by clicking on either the "Document Type" or "Reference Date" column headings.
