Whether it is searching for box seats at Fenway Park, an interior designer that specializes in Victorian-era lighting or saving you time by selecting that perfect gift, we are at your service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whatever the need, we welcome your request.

Designed to provide simple and expeditious fulfillment of your requests, Mediate Management Company’s Client Service Concierge is available to attend to your needs at a rate of $55.00 per hour, billable in fifteen-minute increments, in addition to any additional request-related expenses. For your convenience, service charges and related expenses may be billed directly to a Mediate Management Company account and reimbursed by the client upon the completion of a service request. Payment is required upon the scheduled completion of all service requests.

While we are pleased to provide our properties with a superior caliber of Residential Staff (including Doorpersons, Concierge and Superintendents), our Client Services Concierge proves an invaluable resource in their efforts to accommodate residents’ requests while also ensuring a consistent level of service to those properties with limited or without Residential Staff.
