  Mediate property manager and property sssistant obtain CMCA designation

  Property Manager Cailin Bundrick and Property Assistant Malissa White have been named Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCAs) by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). Bundrick and White join more than 10,000 CMCA certificants nationwide who have demonstrated the professional knowledge necessary for managing condominium and homeowner associations and cooperatives.

  Mediate welcomes Catherine MacAlpine to Property Management team

  Catherine MacAlpine joined the Mediate Property Management Team for the second time on June 1, 2011. Catherine first began her relationship with Mediate Management Company in December 2001. After experiencing some health issues, she decided to move out west in 2007 to see if life would be less stressful. But she couldn’t stay away long! Catherine returned to the beautiful city of Boston late last month and was welcomed back to her home at MMC just shortly thereafter.

  Worcester woman wins big with Mediate

  Dorothy Carabello of Worcester will be adding Sugarland to the list of concerts she attends this year, thanks to Mediate Management Company. Carabello plans to use the $1,000 she won by entering Mediate's Mohegan Sun giveaway at the New England Condo Expo May 24 to see the country music duo in October.
