Without repeating details of a disturbing incident at (our building) over the weekend, what is important to reiterate is that within 10 minutes of discovering the "crime scene" at around 6AM on a Saturday, I received a call from Malissa. She was professional, responsive, detailed, and specific regarding course of action. The following day, two detail-oriented men finished the prep with razor blades (on their hands & knees to get into the corners), & then applied the wax.
